As one of the master-piece of the continuous circuit of coagulation, the washing-machine allows to close the circuit by sending the clean vats back to the vat-filling station.

The vat washing-machine offered by TECNAL is a tunnel which includes the following functions : vat turning before and after the washing-machine, prewashing, hot washing and rinsing.

Vats are conveyed on a step-by-step catch system.

For low-rate plants, we can also offer a washing cabinet which is less expensive and easy to implement in difficult conditions of layout.
TECNAL offers a range of machines which are able to process any kind and volume of vats.

technical features
every processing area is fitted with a set of spraying bars and nozzles which permit to wash the vats efficiently inside and outside. the lower part of every washing area is dedicated to the preparation (controlled heating) and despatch of the solutions (centrifuge pump).	a set of flat filters made of stainless steel completes the machine to recover the grains of curd. the machine has a self-cleaning device and wide inspection doors along every processing area.
