As a manufacturer of horizontal mixers to produce premixes used as components in processed cheese, Tecnal has designed a range of mixers/cookers especially adapted to the production of processed cheese : Cookmix range.

The cookmix, a vertical tank, has 3 mobile agitators allowing many mixing combinations and various applications : cutter in the bottom of the tank, scrapers, three-blade propeller allowing the addition and homogenization of solid ingredients or creaming

A trial unit is available to make tests

heat processing in double jacket and direct injection of steam working pressure : absolute vacuum and 3-bar steam	with instrumentation : pressure and temperature probes, steam flowmeter, weighing range of capacities : 110, 600 and 1,000 litres opening dome and tilting tank for small capacities
