TRANSTOCK


The technologies implemented to produce fresh cheese often require buffer storages and transfers to mixing / packaging units.

The Transtock allows closed and mechanized conveying of the product .
A Transtock can feed several other units.

Working principle :

Storage carried out in an especially designed hopper
(manual or automatic feeding)
A pumping unit including on the one hand a low-speed low-pressure stage and on the other hand a high-pressure stage with volumetric components, ensures the transfer of the product through a piping network.

Washed in closed circuit with CIP.

  • speed of the feeding screws varying from 0.5 to 15 Rpm
  • variable outflow from 100 to 10,000 kg/hr depending on the product and geometry of the circuit
