ONE-PIECE CLEANING UNIT

At the heart of the cleaning systems, our CLEANPAC washing unit stores, prepares the washing solutions, dispatches them to the plant and manages the solution returns.

Our CLEANPAC unit is a compact skid unit, built around a tank with several compartments and gathering all of the components necessary to operate an automatic CIP unit : pumps, disc valves, external heating device, circulation controller, interface sensor, automatic concentration, control panel with PLC and operating panel.

The concept of this unit allows it to be considered as a true machine :
  • compact : it allows not only space savings but easy installation as well.
  • comprehensive : it is delivered ready to work with all of its components.
  • reliable : the control instrumentation linked to a proven software guaranties the repeatability of the recipes and provides a link to the treacability system.
