STANDAMAT


Standardizing milk is a major phase in the process allowing to get a constant quality of the final products, a better cheese yield, a good management of the raw-material balances and, consequently, productivity savings.

To standardize fat in line, Tecnal proposes its Standamat system : once milk is skimmed, part of the cream is injected back in continuous in the skimmed milk with control by mass flowmeter.
