As a main component in the draining room, the table allows to store stacks of full trays (acidification process) and drain whey off.

Because the capacities tend to increase and turning operations are more and more mechanised, it becomes necessary to mechanize also the movement of the stacks on the draining tables.

TECNAL mechanised table is all made of stainless steel and its design takes account of various requirements :
