    TECNAL offers a complete turnkey solution or separate modules for the management of your liquid chocolate.

     

     

    Tecnal can propose several solutions for the storage and proportioning of your liquid chocolate:

     

    • Importance of the temperature hold: delivery at 40°C, risk of extensive solidification (the temperature varies according to the composition of the chocolate)
    • Unlooped double-jacketed hot water piping, pumps duplicated to secure the process
    • No washing
    • Mean consumption 500 to 1,000kg/h
    • Incorporation of tempering machines
    • Return on invest at an annual consumption of 300 tonnes
