Dishes and moulds

To complete its mechanized assemblies, Tecnal is able to define and provide all complementary equipments necessary to operate a cheese production line.

 

 

Coagulation vat:

  • Made of polypropylene, controlled roughness for easy cleaning and perfect hygiene
  • Capacities: 50, 180, 230, 460, 550 litres
  • Equipped with 4 wheels
  • Possibility of incorporating RFID tags for tracking and traceability
  • Patented special design for precision cutting allowing the use of blade-only tools to cut curd

Block forms and trays:

  • For your camemberts, bries, fetas, and other soft cheeses moulding
  • Block forms can be with or without bottoms. They must be associated with a drainage tray, which allows more flexibility if there are many formats (common tray regardless the format)
  • Block forms are defined according to the customer’s sales format (round, square, etc.) and according to technology (with or without holes, with or without upstand, etc.) and mechanization (grouping according to operating rate and type of moulding)
  • Propylene injected construction for block forms and trays in most applications. A few stainless steel trays for short runs or special formats
  • Possibility of incorporating RFID tags for tracking and traceability

Spacers:

  • Used in manual moulding applications to ensure the proper distribution of the curd in all of the block forms
  • Made of stainless steel

Racks:

  • Allow cheeses setting down and storage during ripening phase
  • Made of stainless steel
  • Design studied to allow mechanization

Can be equipped with pins to allow stacks turning
