Daerator
The deaerator:
- Ensures both the degassing of the air during the dumping process and the deodorization,
- Tecnal calculates and builds its own deaerators.
Pumping
Transfer of the product:
- Work on the layout to optimize the lengths of the pipes and losses of head,
- Mastery of passage speeds,
- Choice and sizing of pumps to protect the product.
Cooling
Plate-type cooler:
- Dimensioned by the engineers of Tecnal’s engineering design department for a perfect compromise between the cooling time, the choice of plates, limited losses of head, and mastery of temperature deviations.
